Survival Cup 2, the rebranded sequel of Squid Craft Games, has made history by shattering viewership records and has become the most-watched event in Twitch Rivals.
This six-day event full of emotion, intensity, and drama, brought together 200 content creators from Latam, Spain, and North America in an epic competition, ultimately crowning one winner.
It garnered an astonishing 29.5 million Hours Watched throughout its duration, 1.85 million Peak Viewers, and 1.1 million Average Viewers.
It registered 5+ million unique viewers over an airtime of +20h making it a phenomenal success achievement for Twitch Rivals.
The collaboration between popular streamers, from the NA and Spanish-speaking communities, played a vital role in elevating the event's profile and boosting its exposure. They actively promoted in their respective channels, increasing awareness and excitement among their shared audience.
We were in charge of a dual broadcasting and livestreaming direction for Twitch.tv in two languages for North America and Spanish speaking countries.
As well as casting direction, talent on camera production in both broadcasts.
We also had an active role in overseeing mod programming (that was done with a 3rd party partner from the community), game testing, infrastructure testing and tournament execution.
We were also in charge of developing the strategy and content development for Twitch Rivals social media.
