The X Challenge took place in Mexico City on November, 2024, as part of the regional campaign by Publicis and Leo Burnett for Trident X, managed by Amazon Ads.
We managed the event's production comprehensively, including the design of the IRL games, the competitive format of the video game competitions, the live streaming, and overall production.
The build-up included two online events on November 14 and 21, featuring 16 content creators such as NeneCreative, HyliaHale, and MaryBlog, competing to accumulate points. The broadcasts utilized HTML5 dynamic overlays to provide real-time updates.




The live event featured IRL challenges and competitions in titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Diablo IV, and Age of Mythology Retold, using tools like Ross Video Xpression for real-time graphics and interactive tech props.
Broadcast live on Twitch, the X Challenge reached 950,000 unique viewers.
